My name is Jeremy Elliott, and I’m the founder of JE Health & Wellness. I started this company with one clear purpose: to help people feel stronger, move better, and take control of their health through practical, personalized coaching.
As a former national-level track and field athlete and a recent graduate with a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, I’ve lived the ups and downs of performance, injury, recovery, and optimization. I've seen firsthand what happens when the body is properly fueled and supported — and what happens when it's not.
JE Health & Wellness isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about building long-term, sustainable habits. Whether you’re training to lift heavier, play your sport better, or simply want to have more energy for everyday life, my coaching is designed to meet you where you are — and take you further.
Through nutrition coaching and strength programming, my goal is to simplify what often feels complicated. No crash diets. No cookie-cutter plans. Just real, science-backed strategies that work for you.
